How are AEO events shaped?

We consult with AEO council members, industry business leaders and development board members to ensure inspiring, relevant and thought-provoking content.

Who is the AEO Conference for?

The key audience for the AEO Conference is managing directors, portfolio directors, SME directors, group MDs, heads of departments.

How does the AEO offset carbon?

While we acknowledge that our journey towards sustainability is ongoing, we are committed to progress over perfection.

AEO uses a third party certified company, Cloverly, who align with our sustainability goals by integrating effective carbon projects. We take responsibility for the carbon footprint that our business activities, events and delegate travel create, by investing in certified climate action and carbon reduction projects.

Is the venue accessible?

The Vox is completely flat and there are lifts available throughout Resorts World to reach level 2

Is there a cloakroom available?

There is a free cloakroom and luggage storage located in the Vox, however all items will need to e collected before the AEO X NEC sunset session.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the AEO Conference is business-casual. People often opt to get changed into semi-formal wear for the evening party, however please note that the event will take place outside on grass so appropriate footwear should be worn.
